Returns policy

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to start a return. We accept returns for all orders, provided they are in pristine condition. This means they're unopened, unused, and any seals are intact.If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please get in touch with us via email at everythingabouthair_@hotmail.com. We will resolve this for you on a case-by-case basis. Please ensure you have photographic or video evidence to help us process your claim as quickly as possible.

Please note, we don't offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
